DELIVERIES

What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Australia post for the majority of our orders. For larger orders such as inline skates we may use other couriers such as TNT, Fastways or StarTrack so we recommend providing a business address or that you make sure you are home to receive your parcel. 

How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders placed before 1pm on business days out same day as payment so that you receive them as fast as possible. However in cases that we are unusually busy your order may be sent the next business day. 
Orders sent via regular Regular post will usually arrive within 2-7 days (10-14 days for rural addresses) and for Express post most orders are delivered within 1-3 days (3-7 for rural addresses)

How much is delivery?
Postage ranges from $9.00 - $50.00 and is automatically calculated by Australia Post upon checkout. In the event that the calculation is wrong and you are overcharged we will refund you the difference.
The average postage cost of orders are as follows:
- Accessories/ Apparel $10 - $15 
- Pads or Helmets $15 - $25
- Skates $15 - $30
- Freshmeat Packages $25 - $45
Postage price is determined by weight and location. 

Can I track my item?
Yes, upon packing your order we will send you a tracking number where you can track your orders transit and arrival. In the event that we are unusually busy our aim is to get your order out in our quick time frame but the email with your tracking may be delayed. This occurrence is rare though.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
Once we finish packing your order we will send you an email informing you of the fulfilment of your order along with notification of your tracking number (unless of course you have selected to pick your order up in store or have it delivered)

What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
If your order is a small parcel most delivery persons will leave your parcel in your letterbox. However for larger parcels you can leave us a note upon checkout stating a safe place for the postman to leave it, this does not guarantee that they will leave it there. In most cases if you are not available to receive your parcel the postman will leave a note and take your parcel to the nearest post office. 

If your parcel is delivered via courier and you are not home it may be taken to the nearest courier depot for you to pick up.

Can I change the delivery address?
Before dispatch yes you may, we can usually adjust this with no issues. However once your order leaves we cannot change the original address.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, if the order is not being sent by courier.

Do you deliver to my country?
We will happily post orders internationally. Please contact us for specific international order related questions.

Do I have to pay Customs & import charges if I live outside of Australia?
Some countries will require that you pay customs and import charges however this is dependant on which country you are in.

The customs department of my country have asked me for further information. What do I do?
Please contact us and we can provide you or the customs department with the information that they need. We ask that you find out what specifics that they need as to avoid having to go back and forth with questions which will delay the arrival of your order.

 

Payments

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we offer a number of payment methods all of which we assure you are secure. We do not share any of your personal details and we do not see your bank or card details upon receiving your payments. 

Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex

What currencies can I use?
Via paypal you can use any currency to pay for your order

Do you accept gift vouchers?
Yes, vouchers purchased through our store or site can be used.

Can I use a different payment method?
We have a few payment methods available for you to use upon check out. They include Paypal, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or you can request a quote. However if you are picking up your order in store you are welcome to pay for your order with cash or card in store upon pick up.

When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged immediately after you confirm your order.

About us
We are a small skate shop run by the skater, for the skater. We specialise in inline skates and protective equipment!
Refunds/Exchange
We are happy to refund/exchange a product for you if you have selected the wrong size or are not satisfied with the product.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty
Most products hold some form of warranty. If your product has warranty and has become defective within its warranty period we will be happy to replace it and ensure your satisfaction.
